Orders are processed from 6.30am to 3pm EST, from Monday to Friday. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be processed on the Monday after. These costs are directly displayed in your shopping cart. Taxes and additional fees will be calculated automatically at checkout, before completing your purchase. 
Orders cannot be dispatched to post office boxes.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave notification or will contact you by phone at the number that you provided during your purchase. When the order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated e-mail message with details of the order reference code and the dispatch tracking code, so that you can track the progress of your goods.

To ensure goods availability and to speed up delivery time your order could be divided in different packages.

For purchases in the U.S., here are the delivery costs from when the merchandise is consigned to the courier:

The service is guaranted by the indicated timing for all orders placed from Monday to Friday by 12 PM EST.

Delays in delivery times may be caused by local holidays. Couriers do not make deliveries on the days 25 December, 26 December, 1 January, and at weekends.
