What is the Boggi Privilege program?
Boggi Privilege is the exclusive loyalty program dedicated to all our customers.
How do I join the program?
It's very simple, by registering at any of our stores or in the dedicated section of the boggi.com website.
How can I earn points?
You will be awarded one point for every euro spent.
How can I find out my points balance?
On our website you will find a dedicated page called "My account" where you can view the updated points balance and the discount threshold reached.
When do the points expire?
The points are valid until 31 December of the following year from the year of their assignment.
DISCOUNT THRESHOLDS (5%,10%,15%)
What are the conditions for taking advantage of the discount?
In order to take advantage of the discount you must have reached the necessary points threshold: 500 points for -5%, 1,000 points for -10% and 1,500 for -15%
Is the discount valid immediately?
No, the discount is valid from the purchase following the achievement of the points threshold. To take advantage of the discount, you will need to accumulate points first. Once accumulated, from the day after, you will be able to take advantage of the discounts achieved.
Can the discount be combined with other promotions?
No, it cannot be combined with other current promotions.
On which channels is the discount valid?
The discount is valid in all our stores and online. It does not apply in the Factory Stores.
On which items is the discount valid?
The discount is valid on all items in all our Street and Flagship stores and online stores, except for the Made to Measure service.
After purchasing online, my points balance has not been updated. Why?
The points accumulated online will be available at the end of the useful period to make a possible return.

What are the conditions for taking advantage of the birthday discount?
In order to take advantage of the birthday discount you must have given your consent to the processing of data for marketing and profiling purposes.
When can I take advantage of my birthday discount?
The birthday discount will be available from the following calendar year upon enrollment in the Boggi Privilege program.
Can the birthday discount be combined with other promotions?
Yes, it can be combined with other current promotions.
On which channels is the birthday discount valid?
The discount is valid in all our stores and online. It does not apply in Factory Stores.

The birthday discount is valid on all items in ourStreet and Flagship stores and online, except for the Made to Measure service.
TAILORING ALTERATIONS
Are the tailoring alterations cumulative?
No, they cannot be combined. For each item purchased is given a free tailoring alteration, among those that can be honored.
How long from the purchase can I take advantage of the free tailoring?
You will be able to take advantage of the free tailoring service within one month of purchase.
Can I use the tailoring service only in the shop of purchase?
No, you can request the service in all Boggi Milano stores.
If I buy online, am I still entitled to free tailoring alterations?
Yes, it is the same rule as purchasing at the store and tailoring alterations cannot be combined. For each item purchased, one is given as a gift, among the availble complimentary ones.

I haven't received the catalog. Why?
There may have been some problems during the delivery. Make sure you have entered the address correctly and contact our Customer Care. In case of a change of address, contact Customer Care to update your personal data.
What are the conditions for being invited to special events and promotions?
The only condition is to have given consent to the processing of data for the purpose of marketing and profiling. In this way you will be contactable by Boggi Milano, after leaving a correct E-mail address and telephone number.
