Boggi Privilege

Boggi Privilege is the exclusive loyalty program dedicated to all our customers.

It's very simple, by registering at any of our stores or in the dedicated section of the boggi.com website.

You will be awarded one point for every euro spent. (See conversion chart for other currencies)

On our website you will find a dedicated page called "My account" where you can view the updated points balance and the discount threshold reached.

The points are valid until 31 December of the following year from the year of their assignment.

In order to take advantage of the discount you must have reached the necessary points threshold: 500 points for -5%, 1,000 points for -10% and 1,500 for -15%

The discount percentage will be applied from the next day and on subsequent orders after the point threshold is reached

No, it cannot be combined with other current promotions.

The discount is valid in all our stores and online. It doesn’t apply in Factory Stores and on Factory Store Online section.

The discount is valid on all items in all our Street and Flagship stores and online stores, except for the Factory Stores and Factory Online items.

Points accumulated online will be available once the delivery of the order has been completed.

In order to take advantage of the birthday discount you must have given your consent to the processing of data for marketing and profiling purposes.

The birthday discount coupon you've received via email should be applied on the checkout section dedicated to coupon codes.

The birthday discount will be available from the following calendar year upon enrollment in the Boggi Privilege program.

Only with the Boggi Privilege discount. All other promotions are excluded from cumulability.

The discount is valid in all our stores and online. It does not apply in Factory Stores.

The birthday discount is valid on all items in our Street and Flagship stores and online, except for items already on promotion and the Made to Measure service.

Every garment purchased at Boggi Milano entitles customers to a free alteration, amongst those eligible to be free of charge. Should the garment need to undergo multiple alterations, only the cheapest one will be free of charge, amongst those eligible to be complimentary. Please check with your local store the whole regulation along with which alterations are eligible to be free of charge. Free alterations do not apply onto discounted items, nor onto garments purchased at Factory stores.

You will be able to take advantage of the free tailoring service within one month of purchase.

No, you can request the service in all Boggi Milano stores except from airport stores or the following Factory Stores Castel Romano, Franciacorta e Serravalle where the service is not available.

Yes, it is the same rule as purchasing at the store. For each purchased item you will receive a tailoring alteration for free. Please verify the with the closest store which taloiring alterations are free. Tailoring alterations do not apply on discounted items and not on Factory Stores.

There may have been some problems during the delivery. Make sure you have entered the address correctly and contact our Customer Care. In case of a change of address, contact Customer Care to update your personal data.

The only condition is to have given consent to the processing of data for the purpose of marketing and profiling. In this way you will be contactable by Boggi Milano, after leaving a correct E-mail address and telephone number.
