How to take measurements:

Collar (A): with the collar laid flat, measure from the centre of the button to the centre of the buttonhole.

Chest (B): from the lower seam of the armholes, from side to side.

Sleeve Lenght (C): most external point, from the uppermost seam to the end of the sleeve.

Mid-back length (D): from the lower seam of the collar to the lower section of the garment, in central position.
