Should the Customer not be satisfied for any reasons, they are entitled to terminate the contract, without penalty, within 30 days from the date of delivery.


ONLINE RETURNS

If you are a registered customer, you can select the order containing the products that you wish to return in the “Orders” section of “Your page.” If you are not a registered customer, you can select the “Orders and Returns” section of the menu, and search for the order containing the articles you wish to return, by entering order number, e-mail, and post code for the invoice address that you supplied when making your purchase and that are detailed in the “Purchase Confirmation” email. When you have selected the respective order, you can activate the procedure for the return or replacement of the single products concerned, if possible specifying the reason.

The delivery costs for the return of merchandise are at the customer’s expense.

Products must be returned in the conditions in which they were delivered, in other words undamaged and complete with all the respective items. Tags and labels must not be removed; the products must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and complete with any instruction manuals supplied with the products.


Footwear should be returned in the original boxes. Boggi Milano is entitled to refuse the return if the box is damaged.


We recommend sending the package by courier or post, preferring methods that provide you with a tracking link for the dispatch.
The customer is responsible for all risks connected to return delivery.


The Boggi Milano Online Shop will accept returned products, reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned as new. We recommend protecting the original product packaging using additional packaging to ensure that the original packaging remains undamaged and protected from labels and/or pen marks.


The Boggi Milano warehouse will accept returned products, reserving the right to check that they are in their original condition. Once the returned products have been accepted, the warehouse will proceed with replacement of the garment in the required size (which will be dispatched free of charge), or the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products.

The refund will be implemented by crediting the respective amount onto the credit card that was used for the purchase, or onto the customer’s PayPal account..


If you have the possibility of visiting one of our brick-and-mortar stores, you can return the products that you purchased online directly, and you will be entitled to:

  • Receiving the same garment in a different size (as long as the size required is available at the respective store);
  • Using the value of the returned product to purchase a product of the same price, or as part payment for a product of a higher price;
  • Receiving a voucher of the same value as the returned product. This voucher can be used only at the store that issued it, within one year from the date of issue.
  • DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    You have the right to return a product if it is delivered to you in a defective state. In this case, please contact our Customer Care service, attaching a photo of the defective product, in order to organize the return procedure. If you purchased the defective garment in a brick-and-mortar store, you can return to the same store, or another in the same category, with the sales receipt or credit card transaction receipt, where the defect will be assessed and the product replaced, or exchanged for another product or voucher, if the required conditions are met. In the case that you cannot visit a Boggi Milano store, please contact our Customer Care service in order to arrange the return procedure, attaching a photo of the defective product and the sales receipt or credit card transaction receipt..


    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    All items are quality checked for any faults before shipment.

    We have done everything possible to ensure that the colours of the products featured on our site appear as close as possible to reality. But we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen is completely identical to that of the actual product.

    In order for the return process to be handled as quickly as possible, Customers are requested to send all the items that they wish to change, in a single shipment.

    In order to reduce the risk of damage to the products, we recommend to return them in the same packaging in which they were received. Should the original packaging no longer be available, items may be sent in different packaging, providing they are well protected.

    Underwear and swimwear should only be tried on over the customer’s own underwear.

    Returned items that are damaged, stained or altered will be rejected and not reimbursed.

    Our warehouse will take delivery of the returned products and will perform quality controls to verify any non-compliance. Refund will be made by means of crediting the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products using the same method used for the purchase.

    In the case of purchase by credit card, the refund time will depend on the credit card used, but in any case be it will be made within two calendar months.


    LIMITED WARRANTY OF SELLER

    The Seller provides, pursuant to and for the purposes of Directive 1999/44 / EC, a legal guarantee on the product for quality compliance as required in the sales contract.

    Such guarantee enables the Purchaser, in the event of lack of conformity of the product, to obtain the repair or replacement of the product, a discounted price or termination of the purchase contract in accordance with the said Directive.

    Any use of goods outside directives established by the Vendor/Manufacturer is not covered by any guarantee.

    In such circumstances, the stipulations of Directive 85/374/EEC are relevant when considering any damage caused by a product used inappropriately. The Vendor, acting as distributor, waives all responsibility for such damages, referring in turn to the manufacturer of the product.
