1 - Neck measure around the base of the neck where the collar sits

2 - Shoulder measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip

3 - Chest measure around the chest at the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms

4 - Waist measure your waistband

5 - Sleeve measure from the centre of the collar to the tip of the shoulder and to the end of the sleeve
