Boggi Milano is committed to ensuring that all products offered in our stores and online meet high standards of quality and safety.

In line with the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988, we apply internal procedures and controls to ensure that our products are safe for customers when used under normal conditions.

If you believe that a product purchased from Boggi Milano may present a safety concern, please contact us and, where possible, provide:

• the product name or reference code
• a description of the issue
• information about the purchase channel
• any photos or supporting documents

We will review the information and take the appropriate actions if necessary.
