Boggi Privilege

1. Boggi Privilege is an exclusive rewards program, available to all Boggi Milano customers. Enrolling in the program is free of charge and does not entail any additional fees or supplementary costs.

2. As a Boggi Privilege member, you will be entitled to the following special rewards and services in every Boggi Milano store, all over the world1 and in the Boggi online-shop:

  • In the Boggi Privilege program, 1 point is awarded for every euro paid. Your points total determines your percentage discount (if you pay in a different currency, a fixed conversion rate will apply). 1 POINT = 20 SEK
  • When you reach 500 points you are entitled to a 5% discount, with 1,000 points you have 10% discount, with 1,500 points you have 15% discount.
  • The discount percentage will apply starting from purchase that you make after having reached the points threshold. It applies to the entire network of Boggi Milano stores2 and in the online store. Points attained through on-line purchases will become available after the period in which products can be returned has elapsed.
  • For the entire month of your birthday, you are entitled to an additional 10% discount, starting from the year following your enrolment in the Boggi Privilege program3.
  • Free tailoring services, according to the specific terms of use4.
  • Delivery of the seasonal catalogue to your home address.
  • Invitations to special promotions.

Rewards may be redeemed until 31 December of the year following their assignment.

3. Enrolling in the Boggi Privilege programme is easy, free and convenient: you can register at any Boggi Milano store (Prima Linea, Resort or Factory Store) and at the online-shop. In order to use your exclusive benefits and services, you can enroll to the Program directly at the online store, or you can simply activate the Bluetooth on your mobile device when you visit the store. This will enable you to use your discount and benefits by simply placing the device on the Bluetooth reader next to the cash register5.

4. We want your Boggi Privilege experience to be as personal and customized as possible. Therefore, with your consent, we will send you marketing communications regarding our new collections and products, as well as selected offers. We are sure that you will find these communications useful, but in any case, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time.

5. By signing up to the Boggi Privilege program, you accept the following terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

  • These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between yourself and BBB S.p.A. whose registered address is Via Lancetti 28, 20100 Milan (Italy), a subsidiary of the RSA Group.
  • The discounts, services and benefits described in point 2 are subject to change at any moment. You will immediately informed of any change by e-mail.
  • Enrolment to the program is not subject to a time limit. However, it will be deactivated if it is not used for 3 consecutive years, in other words, if no products have been purchased at RSA Group points of sale, or if no visits have been made to our website over the same period of time. After this period of inactivity, your data will be rendered anonymous and all the benefits provided by the program on your account will be cancelled.
  • You can withdraw from the Boggi Privilege program at any time, without any charges, fines or additional costs.
  • To withdraw from the Boggi Privilege program, just send an e-mail with your request to privacy@boggi.com.
  • By withdrawing from the Boggi Privilege program, you will forfeit the right to all the benefits, discounts and other services offered to program Members; the points that you have accumulated will be definitively lost, because your customer account will be immediately cancelled, in compliance with our .privacy policy.
  • Membership of the Boggi Privilege program is personal, and it cannot be transferred to third parties.
  • Any misuse of these Terms and Conditions (and in particular the transfer of benefits deriving from Boggi Privilege program membership to third parties) may result in an immediate exclusion from the Boggi Privilege program. This exclusion will cancel all the benefits provided by the Boggi Privilege program, including all the points accumulated.
  • When you sign up for the Boggi Privilege program at a Boggi Milano store or at the online store, you accept these Terms and Conditions. As part of this acceptance, you confirm that you are of legal age (age of majority in accordance with your local jurisdiction) and that you have the right to enter into binding contracts.
  • ABy accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm that you have read and understood our privacy policy..

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any and all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, Italy, except for any mandatory judicial provisions contained in foreign national laws.

  1. Excluding stores in the Middle East, Greece, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Iran, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Macedonia.
  2. Privilege discounts are valid in all Boggi Milano stores, except for Factory Stores, and in stores in the countries listed under point 1. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions currently running, with the exception of the birthday discount.
  3. Except for Factory Stores and the "Su Misura" made-to-measure service.
  4. For further information, please check the program regulations that can be found in the fitting rooms of our stores. This service is not available free of charge during the seasonal sales period.
  5. To facilitate use of our services and to make the purchasing experience increasingly personalized, Boggi Milano has introduced the innovative FTF technology, a new recognition method linked to your smartphone or mobile phone that replaces the Privilege Card.
