- An online Gift Card cannot be purchased using another Gift Card
- If the order value exceeds the value of the online Gift Card, the difference will have to be paid using a valid credit card
- If the value of the online Gift Card exceeds the total order value, the difference will be archived on the user’s account, and it can be used for future purposes by entering the same code.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and they cannot be exchanged for cash (with the exception of cases specified by legislation).
- In case of mixed payments, in case of a partial return, the refund will be paid in proportion to the selected payment method.
- Lost or stolen online Gift Cards cannot be replaced.
- The purchase of online Gift Cards is not subject to sales tax, because they are debited at the moment that the Gift Card is used. All orders shipped to the countries shown here are subject to the respective national taxation.

The recipient of an online Gift Card will receive an e-mail with a code that can be used exclusively on the website www.boggi.com where it can be entered as a payment method and not as a coupon. It can be used in countries with the same currency as that of the Gift Card, and the value can be subdivided into several successive purchases as long as its total value is not exceeded.
