Order are processed rapidly and dispatched with the best shipping services in the world. DELIVERY

Orders are processed between 09:00 and 17:00 CET from Monday to Friday. Orders made after 17:00 on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
It is possible to check the order status from MY ORDERS page. After dispatch, it would be possible to follow the shipping through the courier's website using the tracking number sent to you via email.
For shippings to the following Countries, the delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

• France  3 days

• Spain  3 days

• United Kingdom  4 days

• United States  5 days


For delivery in other EU Countries, please allow 3-5 days from dispatch; for deliveries to the rest of the wold, please allow 5-7 days from dispatch (excluding customs clearance delays).
Delivery times may be delayed in case of feast days. Couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and over the weekend.
Upon delivery of the goods is the recipient's responsibility to check that the shipment is complete and to inform us immediately if there are problems by writing to our Customer Care.
The shipping costs are based on the destination and the weight of the products and they are displayed in the cart.
For Extra CEE orders VAT is free. Import charges are included for extra EU Countries (except Albania, Bosnia, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraine).
Delivery to P.O. boxes is not possible.
In case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note or call the customer at the number listed at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT

Orders placed on www.boggi.com can be paid by Credit Card or PayPal.
Credit card details are protected against unauthorized access by means of cryptographic transfer of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to 128 bits. All current browsers support SSL encryption. This data is not accessible to third parties including Boggi Milano.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express e Diners credit cards.
For shipments to the Netherlands, payment by Ideal is available.
For shipments to Austria and Germany, payment by SOFORT is available.

RETURNS

Should the Customer not be satisfied for any reason, they are entitled to terminate the contract, without penalty, within 30 days from the date of delivery.

ONLINE RETURN
On our website Customers can request a size change of the item or make a a refund request.
Registered users can manage returns themselves through the ORDERS section within their account.
Non-registered users need to enter the order number and the email address used at the time of purchase in the RETURNS section within MY ORDERS area.
Shipping costs are at customer's charge. Returned products are shipped under the entire responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in their original packaging and complete with all labels and any accompanying manuals.
Shoes must be returned within their boxes. The return will be refused should the box be damaged.
Our warehouse will take delivery of the returned products, reserving the right to verify their condition. Having accepted the returned item(s), we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products.
This refund will be made by crediting the amount paid to the credit card or PayPal account used.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Customers have the right to return any product that should arrive faulty, within 30 days from the date of delivery. In such cases customers should contact Customer Care to affect the return procedure. Please remember to attach a picture of the defective product.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All items are quality checked for any faults before shipment.
We have done everything possible to ensure that the colours of the products featured on our site appear as close as possible to reality. But we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen is completely identical to that of the actual product.
In order for the return process to be handled as quickly as possible, Customers are requested to send all the items that they wish to change, in a single shipment.
In order to reduce the risk of damage to the products, we recommend to return them in the same packaging in which they were received. Should the original packaging no longer be available, items may be sent in different packaging, providing they are well protected.
Underwear and swimwear should only be tried on over the customer’s own underwear.
Returned items that are damaged, stained or altered will be rejected and not reimbursed.
Our warehouse will take delivery of the returned products and will perform quality controls to verify any non-compliance. Refund will be made by means of crediting the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products using the same method used for the purchase.
In the case of purchase by credit card, the refund time will depend on the credit card used, but in any case be it will be made within two calendar months.

LIMITED WARRANTY OF SELLER
The Seller provides, pursuant to and for the purposes of Directive 1999/44 / EC, a legal guarantee on the product for quality compliance as required in the sales contract.
Such guarantee enables the Purchaser, in the event of lack of conformity of the product, to obtain the repair or replacement of the product, a discounted price or termination of the purchase contract in accordance with the said Directive.
Any use of goods outside directives established by the Vendor/Manufacturer is not covered by any guarantee.
In such circumstances, the stipulations of Directive 85/374/EEC are relevant when considering any damage caused by a product used inappropriately. The Vendor, acting as distributor, waives all responsibility for such damages, referring in turn to the manufacturer of the product.

FINALIZING THE CONTRACT
All the information on the products published on WWW.boggi.com, such as technical specifications, images, dimensions or compatibility particulars are not binding and are subject to alteration at any time, unless they are expressly mentioned as being binding. In the event that the Purchaser is misled by the above indications, he may withdraw the purchase as indicated in our Return Policy.

Once the selection of Products is completed and the Purchaser wishes to proceed to the purchase of the products placed in the cart, the Purchaser will be asked to provide the data required for the purposes of establishing the Contract. If there are professional business relations between the Parties all disputes will be the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan
CONCLUSIVE ARRANGEMENTS
If any clause of the present general terms and conditions should be invalid or should become invalid at a later date, this will not effect the validity of the rest of the present contract and the invalid clause shall be replaced with a clause that represents as faithfully as possible the original intent and economic purposes of the Parties or with an appropriate legal arrangement.
