Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us.We, or service providers that assist us in providing, maintaining and operating our Site, may collect the following types of personal information from you:

  • Online Shopping:You may be able to browse and purchase Boggi Milano products and gift cards through our Services. We may provide you some shopping features or functionality, such as the option to favorite certain items. The use of such features is optional and often require the collection and use of information such as your shopping habits, product selections and other tracking information. To process your purchase, we ask for information such as your name and surname, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address and payment card information. We use this information to process your purchase, confirm your order and deliver the items to you.
  • Marketing:We may use your contact information to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions.
  • Account Registration and Management:You may be able to register to create an account through our Services. To do so, we ask for information such as your name and email address. You also have to provide your age and gender.
  • Through the “My Boggi Account"feature, you can:

    o store billing and shipping information, so you will not have to enter it again when you make another purchase through our Services;

    o store credit card information and details of your past purchases. To use this feature, we ask you to provide your credit card information and the corresponding billing address;

    o you can also use the “My Boggi Account” feature to create a wish list of products you want and share your list by email with friends and family.

    o you can create and save an address book on your account, changeable at any time.

  • Surveys:You may be able to participate in surveys and we will not ask any further personal data.
  • Electronic Newsletters:You may be able to sign up through the Services to receive electronic newsletters and promotional emails from Boggi Milano, including new ideas, special offers and event information. To sign up to Boggi newsletter we only require your email address. We use this data to send you communications about our products and services, invitations to specials sales and events at Stores located near you, and notices of new arrivals. We also use this information to tailor our newsletters to reflect your preferences. You can choose at any time not to receive marketing emails from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link within our marketing emails. You also may use the email preferences section of the “My Boggi Account” feature to opt out of receiving marketing emails or to specify which, if any, communications you would like to receive from us. There is no charge to you to unsubscribe.
  • Mobile Marketing:You may be able to sign up to receive communications about our products and services through your mobile device by submitting your mobile telephone number. If you sign up for mobile communications, we may send you autodialed marketing text messages about our products, services and promotions. It is your responsibility to notify Boggi Milano in the event that you disconnect your mobile number. You can always opt out free of charge by clicking the unsubscribe link provided via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • Boggi Privilege:You may join our Loyalty program Boggi Privilege through our Services. To join, we ask for your name and surname your place of residence, title and email address. We also collect your birth date and communication preference.
  • We use this information to communicate with you by email or text message about products and services and exclusive offers tailored to reflect your interests and preferences, including early access to sales and a birthday discount. We also use the information for internal analysis (business) and customer service purposes. When you join Boggi Privilege we also maintain a record of your purchase.

You can choose at any time not to receive marketing or other communications from us by clicking on “Unsubscribe”.

Contact Us:If you communicate with us through the “Contact Us” link in any of the Services, we may ask you for information such as your name, email address and telephone number to respond to and communicate with you about your questions and comments.

WHEN YOU VISIT OUR STORES

Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us.Here are some of the ways we collect personal information from you in our Stores and a description of how we use the information:

  • Shopping:When you purchase products or obtain services in our stores, we may request information necessary to process your transaction or provide the requested services. Depending on the payment method used and as permitted by applicable law, we may collect details such as your name, driver’s license or ID number, passport number, and bank account or payment card information.
  • Made to Measure:When you request additional services to personalize your shopping experience, such as tailored clothing made to fit your specific measurements and preferences, we may collect further information beyond what is required for shopping, including your mailing address and telephone number.
  • Customer Registry:You may join our Customer Registry at our Stores. To join, we ask for your name and surname, home country, title, email address, and mobile number and birthday date. We use this information to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions, and for other marketing and Customer Assistance purposes.
  • Customer Satisfaction Surveys:When you buy products or obtain services in our Stores, we may ask you to complete a customer satisfaction survey. In submitting a survey, you don’t have to provide any further personal information.

Information We Automatically CollectTo the extent permitted under the applicable law, we may collect certain types of personal information automatically when you visit one of our Stores:

  • CCTV:We may use closed-circuit television, video recordings, photography and/or similar technology to monitor our stores for security, fraud, loss prevention, incident reporting and operational purposes.
  • WI-FI Data collection:in certain Stores, we may use technology that collects data through Wi-Fi signals emitted by mobile devices. This technology helps us understand general store occupancy. The data is collected when a device’s Wi-Fi is enabled and within range of our in-store network. Any information used for analysis is processed in a way that does not identify individuals, and the data shared with us is aggregated and used solely for analytical purposes.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

To Provide Boggi Milano’s Services. We will use your personal information to provide information or perform Services that you request, including managing your request as a registered user of our Site or a customer in our Stores.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, tax, accounting or legal obligations).   • Data needed for account creation and enrolment into the Boggi Privilege program: The data will be stored until the data subject proceeds with the deletion of the account or after 3 years of non access/use of the account and the associated Boggi Privilege program

  • Fulfilment of customer’s requests for information/contact: The data will be stored for 1 year.
  • Made to measure data: The data will be stored for the time needed to book an appointment at the store.
  • Data needed for security and fraud prevention: The data will be stored for the time required as by law.
  • Marketing data: The data will be stored for the period for which you actively interact, meaning that you have purchased one or more products in the last three years from the sales outlets of the RSA group or you have accessed, over the same time period, your Boggi Privilege account (or until the consent is revoked, if earlier).
  • Data needed for the management of requests regarding the protection of personal data and requests from other interested parties, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR (rights of the data subject).
  • CCTV cameras data: The data will be stored for 24 hours.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you reside and/or on specific legal limitations, the applicable laws in your jurisdiction may grant you the right to make certain privacy requests. Consumers that do not live in one of these jurisdictions may still make the same privacy requests, and we will take reasonable steps to fulfill them.

Subject to certain limitations and exemptions, consumers may make a request to:
