In order to ensure prompt and timely delivery to our valued customers, the Boggi Milano e-boutique partners with the best express delivery services available. Delivery services are selected according to the destination of your shipment, as well as the type of product(s) being shipped.

At the bottom of this page, you will find a list of countries to which the Boggi Milano e-boutique sends and an estimated cost of shipment to each.

The cost of shipment will be listed in your Shopping Cart and will be added to the total cost of your order on the Checkout screen.

The total amount will be charged to you upon your confirmation of payment.

Can I use a PO Box as a delivery address?

We would advise you not to enter a PO Box in the address field as it will be impossible for our couriers to make the delivery.

We therefore kindly request you enter a full postal address.

What happens if no-one is at home when the goods are delivered?

In cases where the addressee or person authorised to accept delivery of the product is absent, our courier will try to contact the client by telephone, using the number indicated by the buyer on the site when making the purchase, to decide a new delivery date.

Order processing

Orders are processed between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday evening will be processed the following Monday.

Products listed in the Boggi Milano e-boutique will be processed within 3 working days from the receipt of your payment by Boggi Milano.

Tracking your order:

In order to follow the initial progress of your order through our system, you can view its “Status” beside each order number in “My Orders”. Once the package is sent, you will receive a tracking number. You can enter this number on the courier’s homepage to track the real-time shipping status of your order from initial shipment to arrival.

What is the average delivery time for goods sent from shop.boggi.com?

Shipping times:

Shipments to the European Union countries take approximately 3-5 working days.

Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately 5-7 working days (not accounting for customs delays, which are discussed below).

Please remember that non-working days and public holidays may delay deliveries.

The couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12 1/01 or at weekends.

The displayed shipping costs change in accordance with the actual weight of your shopping cart. The final shipping cost will be displayed in your cart.

For all countries, the final prices include VAT. The additional dispatch and delivery costs will be determined on the basis of the type of delivery and destination address. These costs are indicated separately before the order is sent and in the confirmation order sent by e-mail.

The orders made to other countries (e.g. Japan, U.S.A.) include VAT.

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to pay taxes, duties and any other fee in his/her country of residence.

Do you charge extra for deliveries outside Europe?

Deliveries to destinations outside the European union could cost more and be subject to taxation, all of which are charged to the recipient.
